He was convicted of Rape 1st degree and Sodomy 1st degree in 1995. After serving his sentence in jail Ryan is required to register for life as a Level 2 Sex Offender in New York State.
On February 12, 2013, Jeffrey Ryan was arrested by the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office for Criminal Sex Act 1st degree regarding the alleged multiple rape of a 14 year old female victim. Ryan was released on bail and failed to appear in court on 11/23/2013 and has not been seen since. He has ties in Tioga County and Broome County, New York as well as Atlantic County, New Jersey, Wilmington, Delaware and Kissimmee, Florida. Ryan could be in any one of these locations.
