(NYSCS Case # 2015-12) New York State Crime Stoppers, working in cooperation with the Town of Ramapo Police Department, is offering a reward of up to $2,500 for information leading to the location, arrest and conviction of Gilder Orlando Alarcon-Palma, a native of Guatemala who is wanted for Predatory Sexual Assault against a child and Rape 1st degree. Alarcon-Palma has been working as a landscaper in Rockland County.
Anyone with information regarding this case is asked to call the New York State Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-866-313- tips (8477) or to go to the NYS Crime Stoppers Web Site and download the New York State Crime Stoppers mobile app and provide their information from their smart phone. Callers who use the hotline or people who download the mobile app will remain anonymous. Phones utilizing the mobile app will not be traceable.
