Donald L. Hayes, AKA Jose Miranda, AKA Don Moran is a violent sex offender, having been convicted of Aggravated Rape. He is wanted in Saratoga County for failing to register as a violent level 3 sex offender, failing to verify his address every ninety days and resisting arrest. He is a white male, DOB 1/08/1964, approximately 150-175 lbs, 5’7” in height with brown eyes, brown/gray hair and is balding.
Donald Hayes has been known to frequent the Saratoga County area, including the raceway and casino. He may also be in the Troy/Albany area or may have fled to Massachusetts or Vermont. He is known to frequent Stewarts Shops throughout the Saratoga County area. He also has contacts in Warren County.
