On Thursday, December 29, 2016 at approximately 6:50 AM., a male tow truck driver was struck by a vehicle as he approached the driver side door of his flat bed truck. He had just loaded a disabled vehicle on to his truck and walked around to the driver’s side of his truck when he was struck.
