Reward Offered Regarding June 1st Day-Time Shooting in Mount Vernon (NYSCS Case# 2015-7)SOLVED

New York State Crime Stoppers is assisting the Mount Vernon Police Department by offering a reward of up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the persons responsible for a day-time shooting. On Monday, June 1, 2015 at approximately 4:00 p.m., a 28-year-old man was shot in front of and inside of a deli located at 16 East Third Street in the City of Mount Vernon.

Citizens with information about this incident are asked to call the New York State Crime Stoppers Hot-line at 1-866-313-TIPS (8477) and provide their information or to download the New York State Crime Stoppers Mobile App to their iPhone or Android phone and send a tip directly from their phone. Their phone will be untraceable and whether they call or send a tip through the app, they will remain anonymous.
