New York State Crime Stoppers in cooperation with the New York State Police, Cortlandt Barracks, is offering a reward of up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for the Hit & Run of a pedestrian.
On Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at approximately 10:35 p.m., a male pedestrian was walking northbound on Lexington Avenue north of State Road 6 in the Town of Cortlandt, NY when he was struck by a vehicle traveling southbound. The vehicle fled the scene in a southbound direction. It is believed that the vehicle has windshield damage, damage to the passenger side fender and passenger side-view mirror.
The victim was transported by the Mohegan Lake Rescue Squad to Westchester Medical Center where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
