Leroi Bouche

New York State Crime Stoppers, working in cooperation with the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office, is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that directly leads to the whereabouts, arrest and conviction of Leroi Bouche regarding the alleged assault of a Yonkers Police Detective. All callers can remain anonymous.
On June 6, 2014, a Yonkers Police Detective was assigned to work with members of the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office in the apprehension of Leroi Bouche. When the detective observed Bouche he approached Bouche’s vehicle and was violently struck by Bouche who was operating a motor vehicle. The Yonkers Police Detective sustained significant injuries, including a dislocated shoulder and fractured vertebrae. He is currently recovering in a local hospital.
After striking the detective, Bouche escaped on foot in the City of Mt. Vernon. Since that date a search has been conducted by members of law enforcement. An arrest warrant for Attempted Aggravated Assault upon a Police Officer has been issued, and Bouche is considered armed and dangerous.
