New York State Crime Stoppers, in cooperation with the Town of Haverstraw Police Department is offering a reward of up to $2,500 for information leading to the whereabouts, arrest and conviction Eugene Palmer, wanted for the alleged murder of his daughter-in-law.
On September 24, 2012, Eugene Palmer is alleged to have shot his daughter-in-law, Tammy Palmer, to death during a dispute. Eugene Palmer, her 74 year old father-in-law has been a fugitive ever since.
