New York State Crime Stoppers in cooperation with the Westchester County Police is offering a reward of up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for the murder of a newborn baby found in Elmsford, NY. Westchester County Police and Elmsford Police are working together along with the Spring Valley Police to solve this crime.
At approximately 2:00pm on Tuesday, November 12, 2013, a worker at a cardboard recycling plant in Elmsford, opened a plastic bag mixed among the card board and discovered a deceased baby boy. The full term baby boy, found naked is believed to be Hispanic. The baby was believed to be dumped on Tuesday, November 12, 2013. The baby is believed to be connected to the Myrtle Avenue area in Spring Valley, N.Y.
Police are seeking information that will lead them to the child’s mother who was full term pregnant a few days ago and no longer pregnant. Crime Stoppers is offering this reward on behalf of the innocent victim in this crime, the baby.
