Joshua D. Williams, pictured above, is wanted for murder in the second degree in connection with a shooting in the City of Newburgh on September 19, 2020. The City of Newburgh Detective Bureau has secured an indictment warrant against Williams, who is aware of the charge and has neglected to surrender himself to police.
