On October 24th, 2020, at 9:57 PM, 35-year-old Mount Vernon resident Warran Clahar, pictured above, was shot multiple times as he sat in his vehicle in front of 232 S Fulton Ave., sustaining gunshot wounds to the left leg and wrist. He was transported to Montefiore Mount Vernon Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
