New York State Crime Stoppers, working in cooperation with the New York State Police is offering a reward of up to $2,500 for information that directly leads to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for the fatal hit and run of 34-year-old Kiera Babcock of Otisville, N.Y. She had been struck by a dark pick-up truck while traveling eastbound on State Street while walking on the eastbound shoulder. The vehicle will likely have front end damage.
