New York State Crime Stoppers, acting as a resource for the Clarkstown Police Department are offering a reward of up to $2,500 for information that will lead to the arrest and conviction of a Sexual Assault perpetrator.
An 89 year old white female was sexually assaulted between the hours of 4:30pm on July 3rd and 5:00 pm on July 4th in the vicinity of Normandy Village in Nanuet, N.Y. The victim was wearing a white and light blue knee high night gown and no shoes. She was experiencing early stages of memory loss. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call the New York State Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-866-313-TIPS (8477) immediately. Callers can remain anonymous. There is no caller ID on the New York State Crime Stoppers hotline phones.
