New York State Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $2,500 for anonymous information that will directly lead to the arrest of the person responsible for the murder of Angel Serbay. The murder occurred in Yonkers , N.Y. Ms. Serbay was found deceased on September 3, 2005.
