New York State Crime Stoppers, acting as a resource for the City of Newburgh Police Department are offering a reward of up to $2,500 for information that will lead to the location, arrest and conviction of Nija A. Johnson, DOB 3/23/2016 who is being sought by Newburgh Police regarding his connection with the Halloween Party shootings and homicides that occurred in the City of Newburgh on Broadway on October 30, 2016. This incident resulted in the death of two young women and significant injuries to five other individuals.
