Reward offered to Help Solve Homeless Man’s Murder (NYSCS 2014-16)

New York State Crime Stoppers in cooperation with the New Rochelle Police Department is offering a reward of up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible the death of Lowell R. Edmund Jr., a homeless man known to frequent th Any information, however insignificant it may seem, could help to solve this case.

At approximately 11:50 pm on Monday, May 26. 2014, Mr. Edmund was found bleeding badly from his head and later pronounced dead at Montefiore New Rochelle Medical Center.
