New York State Crime Stoppers in cooperation with the Clarkstown Police Department is offering a reward of up to $2,500 for information that directly leads to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for a Sexual Assault committed against a 10-yr-old female.
On December 26, 2013 at approximately 4:30 pm, a male subject described as a white or light skinned Hispanic who appears to be in his late 20’s, 5’5”-5’7”, heavy build over 200 lbs wearing all black cloths with a large imprinted area on the front of his shirt and a baseball cap turned backwards, approached a 10-yr-old female from behind and committed a sexual assault against her while she was sitting on a bench in Bed, Bath and Beyond in the Palisades Mall, West Nyack, NY. The suspect is believed to have left the mall as a passenger in a 2001-2007 Green Dodge Caravan.
