On March 20, 2017, a Hispanic male identified as Hector G. Cruz-Diaz, DOB 8/23/81, 5’3” in height with brown eyes and black hair entered a woman’s home on Main Street in Brewster, N.Y. and committed a sexual assault.

On August 22, 2016 at approximately 9:20 p.m. Scott A. Cummings, Jr. was shot and killed outside 79 South Davies Terrace Avenue between South Avenue and Davies Avenue, in the City of Beacon, N.Y.  The suspect vehicle is believed to be a dark colored SUV, possibly a Honda Pilot.

On Saturday, December 31, 2016 at approximately 2:30 p.m., Shamoya McKenzie who was a passenger in her mother’s card was shot and a male victim was also shot while on the street. The teenager died from her wound. The incident occurred in the area near the 300 block of East Third Street, Mount Vernon, N.Y.

i95--hit-and-run(NYSCS Case # 2016-07) New York State Crime Stoppers working as a resource for the New York State Police, Hawthorne Barracks is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for the Hit & Run of a Tow Truck Driver on I-95 in Harrison, NY.

On Thursday, December 29, 2016 at approximately 6:50 AM., a male tow truck driver was struck by a vehicle as he approached the driver side door of his flat bed truck. He had just loaded a disabled vehicle on to his truck and walked around to the driver’s side of his truck when he was struck.
