Our Mission is to assist law enforcement throughout New York State by offering rewards of up to $2,500 for information leading to the apprehension and arrest of criminals engaged in criminal activity within the boundaries of the State of New York. By doing so, we also empower the private citizens in New York State by providing them with a means to provide information regarding criminal activity or the whereabouts of fugitives, while remaining anonymous.
Our assistance of already established county and local Crime Stoppers programs is also a major part of our program. We will act as a network administrator by which rewards offerings relating to a particular crime or fugitive can be circulated in other parts of the state in a timely and efficient manner. Our purpose is to assist other established Crime Stoppers programs rather than compete with them. |
