| Cash reward of up to $2,500 for Information About ...
 New York State Crime Stoppers in cooperation with the Clarkstown Police Department is offering a cash reward of up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the sexual assault of a young girl, which took place in a restroom at the Palisades Center mall located in Rockland County New York. The incident occurred during the mid-afternoon hours of Friday, January 1, 2010.
The alleged suspect is described as a white male in his forties, approximately 5’7” to 5’10” in height with a stocky build, short to medium length hair. He was wearing bright orange sweatpants that were tucked into his boots, dark framed glasses and a black coat.
The alleged suspect was captured on video surveillance cameras within the Palisades Center mall. The video and photos taken from the video are being shared with the news media with hopes that someone will recognize the subject and contact NYS Crime Stoppers to provide us with his identity or with any information they may have about him or this incident. |

The death of Stephen Spina, former postal worker found murdered in his apartment located at 300 Richbell Road, Mamaroneck, N.Y. between the hours of approximately 9:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on Monday, September 17, 2007. |
The sexual assault and attempted rape of a 23 yr old female which occurred at approximately 10:50 p.m. on Thursday, October 29, 2009 while she was walking East Bound on State Route 6 in the Town of Cortlandt, N.Y.
The alleged suspect (pictured at right) is described as a white male, approximately 21 years of age, 5’8” wearing a gray zippered hooded sweatshirt with a black horizontal stripe on the back and faded blue jeans.

New York State Crime Stoppers in cooperation with the Village of Monticello Police Department and the New York State Police, is offering a reward of UP TO $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the shooting death of Carl Williams, which occurred in the early morning hours of Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at the Shore Gardens Apartment, located at Osborne Street and Wood Street in the Village of Monticello, N.Y.
Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the NYS Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-866-313-TIPS (8477). Information must directly lead to the arrest and conviction of the responsible parties in this incident. Callers may remain anonymous. of up to $2500 in the solving of a violent assault that occurred
on Thursday, January 25, 2007 at approximately 12:30pm.
A female New Rochelle
Police Community Service Officer was performing her duty regarding
parking ordinances in the library parking lot in the City of New
Rochelle, New York when she was approached by a male black and
female black and violently assaulted.
Regarding violence
against law enforcement personnel, specific cases are chosen by
New York State Crime Stoppers to be highlighted and a reward for
information leading to arrest and indictment in that particular
incident is then offered.
New
Rochelle Police and New York State Crime Stoppers are asking anyone
with information regarding this specific incident to call the

Cash

The
Death of baby ‘April Hope’, an innocent newborn so
named by the Mount Kisco Police, who was found deceased on April
05, 2006, shortly before 2:00p.m. at a Mount Kisco Department
of Public Works facility located at 43 Columbus Avenue, Mount
Kisco, N.Y.
The
newborn was found in a landfill believed to be the area for emptying
of specifically configured trucks that were used to extract sediment
and water from storm drains and catch basins vacuumed up throughout
the community. The newborn was described as having fair skin,
dark hair and brown eyes.
April
05, 2009 marks the third anniversary of the commencement of a
homicide investigation involving the murder of baby April Hope.

Police, Cortlandt Barracks is offering a cash reward of up to
$2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of
the person(s) responsible for the death of Sabrina Rasa of Peekskill,
N.Y.
Ms.
Rasa was found deceased behind a vacant building on the Montrose
Veterans Affairs Hospital property at approximately 11:20 am on
Friday, March 27, 2009.

SHOOTING
SUSPECT ARRESTED BY POUGHKEEPSIE CITY POLICE AFTER RECEIVING
ANONYMOUS TIP
On
March 4, 2009 at 3:51 p.m. Sean R. Hibbert was located and arrested
based on an anonymous tip from the public received by New York
State Crime Stoppers after a reward had been offered for information
leading to the an arrest and conviction for the person(s) responsible
for a City of Poughkeepsie shooting. After receiving the tip,
Poughkeepsie City Police immediately mobilized and flooded the
area with Detectives and Hibbert was located and arrested without
incident. At the time of his arrest, Hibbert was found to be
in possession of a loaded 9mm handgun. New York State Crime
Stoppers has once again is proven to be a valuable tool for
law enforcement. The City of Poughkeepsie is safer thanks to
the collaboration of New York State Crime Stoppers, the City
of Poughkeepsie Police Department and the public.

Police, Troop K Poughkeepsie is offering a cash reward of up
to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest
and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the death of
Sonia Centeno.
Sonia
Centeno was a City of Poughkeepsie resident whose body was found
on August 4, 2006 in a shallow grave at a vacant farm in the
Town of Lagrange east of Poughkeepsie New York. Ms. Centeno
was described as a Hispanic female approx 5’3”,
117lbs, 44 years of age with a winged lion tattoo on
her chest. She was known to frequent the City of Poughkeepsie
area.

GARRISON
- The reward for information leading to an arrest in the fatal
New Year's Eve day shooting of a beloved Garrison tow-truck
driver has reached $10,000.
Robert
Keller, program director of the Yorktown-based New
York State Crime Stoppers, said yesterday that his
organization has increased its reward to $10,000 for information
about the shooting death of 49-year-old John Marcinak.
