Reward Offered in Nanuet Bank Robberies
New York State Crime Stoppers announced a reward of up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for two robberies of the Federal Credit Union located on Route 59 in Nanuet, N.Y.
On April 20, 2011 and again on January 10, 2012 a suspect described as a black male entered the Palisades Federal Credit Union, located in a strip mall on Route 59 in Nanuet, N.Y. The suspect, a black male, approximately 5’5″ to 5’7″ with a medium build displyed a silver handgun and demanded cash before exiting the bank.
NYS Crime Stoppers in cooperation with the Clarkstown Police Department is offering the reward with hope of identifying the suspect which would lead to his arrest and conviction for these crimes. Anyone with information is asked to contact NYS Crime Stoppers at their hot line 1-866-313-TIPS (8477).
